Lora's Rants and Reviews

My own unapologetic opinions on books and writing. I DO NOT accept review requests but only review books I choose to read and I don't post reviews on Amazon. I'm also persnickity about genre and plot.

Food Art

I know I've posted about art before, but this is something different.

From the time we used to make turkeys in primary school out of potatoes, olives, raisins and toothpicks, I've found this particular art form of interest.

Some of the elaborate carvings I've seen on watermelons are breathtaking, but this one hit my weirdness factor.

So much for parents telling children not to play with their food!

Some food art just looks delectable! I've got to try the strawberry shortcake snake sometime. This is something that anyone could do!

Unlike some of the more complicated carving jobs.

I'm not sure if I would want to eat an old shoe though...

Rice kitty though, I'm definitely down with that.
