Lora's Rants and Reviews

My own unapologetic opinions on books and writing. I DO NOT accept review requests but only review books I choose to read and I don't post reviews on Amazon. I'm also persnickity about genre and plot.

Bookaday Sept #14 - The fictional character that is most like you

Time Shifters - Shanna Lauffey

You knew this book would come out sometime for this month's Bookaday, right?

I think one of the reasons I like the series so much is that I identify with Akalya. She's quiet, observes rather than running off at the mouth. Thinks about what she does, but takes chances anyway and recognizes both her strengths and her limitations and knows when it's time to retreat.

Now if i can just have her time shifting abilities, and the distance shifting as well please. That would make so many things easier!
